Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Tyler Glasnow suffered a setback in his recovery from elbow inflammation and will undergo further evaluation, according to manager Dave Roberts. Glasnow, acquired in a trade with the Tampa Bay Rays, has been sidelined since mid-August.
