Cards Against Humanity, a popular card game company, has filed a lawsuit against Elon Musk for $15 million. The lawsuit alleges that Musk, CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, used the game’s logo without permission in a tweet. Musk tweeted an image of a Tesla car with the Cards Against Humanity logo on it, claiming it was a ‘new Tesla feature’. The company denies any involvement with Musk or Tesla and is seeking damages for trademark infringement.
