The International Criminal Court (ICC) has received the first communication regarding the alleged war crimes committed against Armenian civilians during the 2020 Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. The communication was filed by the International Association of Genocide Scholars and the International Human Rights Clinic at Harvard Law School. The filing alleges that Azerbaijani forces committed war crimes against Armenian civilians, including murder, torture, and deportation.
