The Social Security Administration (SSA) announced a 1.3% cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) for Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) beneficiaries in 2022. This increase will begin with benefits payable in January 2022. The average monthly benefit for SSDI recipients will rise by $20 to $1,314.
