Dutch police have arrested a suspect in connection with the deadly tram shooting in Utrecht on Monday that left three people dead and five injured. The suspect, a 37-year-old Turkish national, was taken into custody in the Overvecht neighborhood of Utrecht. The motive for the attack is not yet clear.
