Russia has warned of the ‘consequences’ of Ukraine’s destruction of Russian munitions in a separatist region, with Moscow’s foreign ministry stating that such actions could be seen as a ‘provocation’ and a ‘threat to peace’. Ukraine has denied any involvement in the explosions that have hit Russian military depots in the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) and Luhansk People’s Republic (LPR) in eastern Ukraine.
