Jared Harris has denied reports that he will play the villain in Matt Reeves’ ‘The Batman’. Harris, who previously appeared in HBO’s ‘Chernobyl’ and Netflix’s ‘The Crown’, told Variety that he had not been approached for the role. ‘I haven’t had any conversations with Matt about that,’ Harris said. ‘I think it’s a great part, but I don’t think I’m going to be in it.’ The identity of the villain in ‘The Batman’ remains a closely guarded secret.
