San Diego Native Sues ‘Game’ Creators for $10 Million

A San Diego native has filed a lawsuit against the creators of the popular video game ‘The Game’ for $10 million, alleging that the game’s creators used his likeness and personal information without consent. The plaintiff, Brandon Leibel, claims that the game’s creators, Marvin Bragg and Troy Carter, used his name, image, and personal details to create a character in the game. Leibel is seeking damages for invasion of privacy and false light.
