A 31-year-old man from Rochester Hills, Michigan, has been charged with open murder in the shooting death of another man. The suspect, who is currently in custody in Canada, is expected to be extradited back to the United States. The victim, a 28-year-old man, was found dead in a vehicle on October 10. The suspect and victim were known to each other, and the shooting is believed to have stemmed from an argument.
