Mark Harmon is returning to the NCIS universe with a new spinoff series, and he’ll be bringing some familiar faces along. Austin Stowell, who previously appeared on NCIS: New Orleans, has joined the cast of Harmon’s upcoming show, according to an exclusive report from People. The series, which does not yet have a title, will follow Harmon’s character, Gerald Jacklin, as he mentors a new team of NCIS agents. Stowell will play one of these agents. The show is expected to debut on CBS in the fall.
