Lancaster County authorities have arrested Michael Rohrbach, a local landlord, for a second time on rape charges. The latest accuser, a 25-year-old woman, claims the assault occurred in Rohrbach’s apartment in October 2020. Rohrbach was previously arrested in March 2021 for allegedly raping a different woman in his apartment in 2019. He is currently in Lancaster County Prison on $500,000 bail.
