Salt Lake City, UT – A man has been charged with road rage resulting in a fatal shooting on State Route 201 in Salt Lake City. According to the Salt Lake City Police Department, the incident occurred on Tuesday, July 20, 2021, around 11:30 a.m. The victim, identified as a 38-year-old man, was shot during a road rage altercation with the suspect, who has been identified as a 41-year-old man. The suspect allegedly followed the victim’s vehicle and fired several shots, killing the victim. The suspect was later located and taken into custody. The Salt Lake City Police Department is investigating the incident and asks anyone with information to contact them.
