PF Chang’s China Bistro, Inc. has agreed to pay $9.85 million to settle a class action lawsuit alleging the company failed to pay overtime wages to thousands of employees. The Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) lawsuit, filed in 2019, claimed the restaurant chain violated federal and state labor laws by misclassifying employees as managers and failing to pay them overtime.
