Prosecutors in the trial of Richard Allen, a suspect in the 2017 killings of Abby and Libby in Delphi, Indiana, rested their case on Tuesday after the defendant confessed to investigators. Allen’s attorneys did not call any witnesses and the defense is expected to begin presenting its case on Wednesday.
