An Afghan man was charged with planning a terrorist attack on Election Day in the US. The suspect, identified as Haris Mufleh, was arrested on Thursday in Virginia. Mufleh, a naturalized US citizen, had previously worked for the CIA as a security guard. Authorities found bomb-making materials and a detailed plan for the attack during a search of his home.
