He was last seen wearing a white onesie with blue shorts and no shoes. The child is 2 feet tall and weighs 20 pounds. The suspect is identified as 27-year-old Jazmine Headley. She is described as 5 feet 5 inches tall, 125 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Anyone with information is asked to call the San Antonio Police Department.
