1. John Doe, 35, for theft and trespassing at 123 Main St.
2. Jane Smith, 28, for DUI and reckless driving on Elm St.
3. Mark Johnson, 42, for burglary at 456 Oak St.
4. Sarah Brown, 23, for shoplifting at the mall.
