The Oakland Athletics (85-59) pounded out 15 hits and scored 10 runs to defeat the Houston Astros (84-60) on Tuesday night. Matt Olson and Mark Canha each homered and drove in three runs, while Frankie Montas pitched six strong innings to earn the win. The A’s took a one-game lead over the Astros in the American League West standings.
