Devin Strader, the winner of the 17th season of ABC’s ‘The Bachelorette’ with Gabby Windey, was arrested on Tuesday in Colorado and is the subject of a restraining order. Strader was taken into custody in Arapahoe County on a misdemeanor charge of third-degree assault, according to the Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office. The restraining order was filed by Gabby Windey on Monday, according to court records.
