Boar’s Head, a deli meat manufacturer, has discontinued its liverwurst product due to a listeria outbreak. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) are investigating the outbreak, which has resulted in at least 12 reported illnesses. The liverwurst was distributed to retailers in 22 states.
