Boar’s Head, a major deli meat supplier, announced it will close its plant in Pennsylvania and halt sales of its liverwurst product following a listeria outbreak that resulted in three deaths. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) identified the plant as the source of the contamination. The company has recalled over 200,000 pounds of meat.
