Free agent outfielder Bryce Harper has agreed to a 13-year, $330 million contract with the Philadelphia Phillies. The deal is the most expensive in MLB history. Harper, 26, hit .249 with 34 home runs and 100 RBIs for the Washington Nationals last season.
