Utah quarterback Cam Rising is questionable for the Utes’ game against Utah State due to an injury. Head coach Kyle Whittingham announced on Monday that Rising is dealing with a ‘lower body injury’ and will be a game-time decision. If Rising cannot play, redshirt freshman Pascal Mokana is expected to start.
