California Governor Gavin Newsom issued a ban on hemp products containing any delta-8 THC. Eco-Friendly Hemp, a company co-founded by Cheech Marin and Tommy Chong, responded by stating they will comply with the new regulations. The company also announced plans to reformulate their products to remove delta-8 THC.
