Colin Farrell is set to play the Caped Crusader in HBO’s upcoming series ‘The Penguin.’ The eight-episode series, which is a part of HBO Max’s DC Universe, will see Farrell portraying Oswald Cobblepot, aka The Penguin, and Batman in the same project. Cristin Milioti (‘Palm Springs’) will also star as the female lead, while Matt Reeves (‘The Batman’) will serve as an executive producer.
