Colin Farrell is an Irish actor who rose to fame with his roles in ‘Tigerland’, ‘The Recruit’, and ‘Daredevil’. He was born in Castleknock, Dublin, on May 31, 1976. Farrell’s acting career began in 1996 with small roles in Irish television. He gained international attention with his role as Carter in ‘Tigerland’ in 2000. In 2002, he starred in ‘Minority Report’ and ‘The Recruit’. Farrell’s breakthrough role came in 2003 as Daredevil in the eponymous superhero film. He has since appeared in numerous films, including ‘Miami Vice’, ‘In Bruges’, and ‘The Lobster’. Farrell has been nominated for two Academy Awards and two Golden Globes.
