A large scrapyard fire broke out on Alum Creek Drive in Columbus, Ohio, on Tuesday. The fire was reported around 11:30 a.m. and spread quickly, engulfing several acres of scrap metal. No injuries were reported, but nearby residents were advised to shelter in place due to heavy smoke. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
