Crews were called to the scene of a partial building collapse in the Francisville section of Philadelphia on Tuesday. The incident occurred at a three-story rowhome on the 1800 block of South 5th Street. It is unclear what caused the collapse, but no injuries were reported. The building has been condemned and will be demolished.
