At least 45 people have died and thousands have been displaced in Central Europe after heavy rain caused widespread flooding in Romania, Poland, and Austria. The worst affected areas include the Romanian city of Sibiu, where 26 people have been reported dead, and the Polish town of Szczecin, where 14 people died.
