Ward Lucas, a well-known Denver reporter and anchor, passed away at the age of 52. The cause of death is not yet known. Lucas began his career in broadcasting in 1992 and worked for various television stations in Colorado. He most recently worked for 9NEWS as a morning anchor. Colleagues and friends described Lucas as a dedicated journalist and a kind and generous person.
