New York developer, Forest City Ratner Companies, has signed a 31-year lease for a basketball-themed charter school in Brooklyn. The school, operated by the Brooklyn Community Foundation, will be located in the Pacific Park development and is expected to open in 2026. The lease includes a provision for the school to have priority access to the Barclays Center for events and practices.
