Drone manufacturer DJI has filed a lawsuit against the US Department of Defense (DoD) over its decision to add the company to a list of Chinese military-linked firms, which bars US government agencies from buying its products. The lawsuit, filed in the US Court of Federal Claims, argues that DJI is not owned or controlled by the Chinese military and that the DoD’s decision was based on ‘erroneous and unsubstantiated’ information.
