Cuban boxer Erislandy Lara will defend his WBA Super Welterweight title against Danny Garcia in a middleweight bout on October 15. The fight will take place at the AmericanAirlines Arena in Miami, Florida. Lara, who has a record of 28-3-3, won the title in 2019 against Brian Castano. Garcia, who holds a record of 36-3, is moving up from the welterweight division to challenge Lara. The 12-round fight will be broadcast on Showtime.
