According to TMZ, former NFL quarterback Jay Cutler was arrested on Sunday for driving under the influence and possession of a handgun without a concealed carry permit in Kentucky. Cutler, 37, was reportedly pulled over for a traffic violation when the officer detected the smell of alcohol. He failed a field sobriety test and was taken into custody. In addition to the DUI charge, Cutler was also charged with carrying a handgun without a permit and a citation for failure to wear a seatbelt.
