Indiana Fever guard Caitlin Clark admitted to intentionally poking Las Vegas Aces forward Dearica Hamby in the eye during their WNBA game on Saturday. However, Clark insists the act was unintentional and felt good.
‘I didn’t mean to do it, but it felt good,’ Clark said after the game.
Hamby left the game with an eye injury and did not return. The league is reviewing the incident and could potentially issue a suspension for Clark.
The Fever won the game 80-78.
