The Oregonian reports that several former Oregon Ducks and Oregon State Beavers quarterbacks have made it to the NFL and failed to live up to expectations. Among them are Justin Rutledge, Darron Thomas, and Sean Mannion. Rutledge was a first-round pick in 1998 but only started one game in his career. Thomas was a second-round pick in 2012 but was released by the Colts after just one season. Mannion, a fourth-round pick in 2015, has yet to start a game in the league.
