Former Minnesota Vikings quarterback Tommy Kramer announced that he has been diagnosed with dementia. Kramer, 67, played for the Vikings from 1977 to 1989 and led the team to the NFC Championship in 1987. He is the third Vikings quarterback from that era to be diagnosed with dementia, following Fran Tarkenton and Wade Wilson.
