Fourteen students at Emerson Middle School in Studio City were transported to hospitals after being exposed to an unknown substance on campus, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department. The students, all in the sixth grade, were taken to hospitals as a precautionary measure after experiencing symptoms including dizziness and nausea. The cause of the exposure is under investigation.
