Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane has revealed that he will take the ‘mentality’ and ‘work ethic’ from Cristiano Ronaldo as he continues to chase greatness in his career. Kane, who is currently the Premier League’s top scorer, has been compared to Ronaldo due to his goalscoring ability and work rate. Speaking to Sky Sports, Kane said: ‘I’ve always looked up to him [Ronaldo] and I still do. I think the mentality and the work ethic he’s got is second to none. I think that’s something I can take from him.’ Kane also spoke about the influence of Ronaldo and Lionel Messi on his career, stating that he has learned from both players.
