A Holocaust survivor’s estate is suing Boar’s Head Delicatessen over a 2018 listeria outbreak that led to the man’s death. The man, who was 91 at the time, consumed contaminated pastrami made with Boar’s Head meat. The lawsuit alleges negligence and wrongful death.
