An Illinois man was charged with making threats to shoot up an elementary school on Tuesday. The man, identified as 27-year-old Brandon W. McNaughton, allegedly made the threats on social media. Authorities were alerted to the threats and conducted a search of McNaughton’s home, where they found multiple firearms. McNaughton was taken into custody and charged with making terroristic threats.
