Intel Corporation and Amazon Web Services, Inc. (AWS) announced on Friday they will expand their strategic collaboration to include Intel manufacturing process technology and Intel Foundry Services for production of semiconductors for AWS and its customers. The companies will collaborate on the development of custom semiconductors using Intel’s advanced process technology. The partnership aims to address the growing demand for semiconductors in the cloud computing industry.
