Joliet Police are investigating reports of a weapon inside Joliet West High School. According to the Joliet Police Department, they received a call about a possible weapon on school property around 1:30 p.m. on Monday, March 14. The school was placed on lockdown as a precaution. No injuries have been reported. The police are currently searching the school and interviewing students and staff. The source of the report is unclear.
