Houston Astros’ second baseman Jose Altuve delivered a game-winning performance on September 14 against the Los Angeles Angels. Altuve went 4-for-5 with a home run, three RBIs, and two runs scored in the Astros’ 7-6 victory. His heroics came in the bottom of the ninth inning, as he hit a go-ahead single to left field, scoring Michael Brantley and securing the win.
