Madrid’s Justice Ministry has decided to bury the low-emission zones (ZBEs) in the Spanish capital, which were intended to reduce air pollution. The decision was made after the Madrid High Court ruled that the ZBEs were unconstitutional due to a lack of consultation with affected residents.
