The Social Security Administration (SSA) has announced that the last monthly benefit payment for Social Security and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) recipients in 2021 will be paid on October 31. Recipients who are due to receive their benefits on the first of the month will receive their payments before the end of October. The SSA encourages people to sign up for direct deposit to ensure timely delivery of their benefits.
