Entergy Louisiana reports power has been restored to most customers affected by Hurricane Francine. The storm made landfall on Tuesday, leaving over 15,000 customers without power. Entergy crews worked around the clock to assess damage and restore service. As of Thursday, only a few hundred customers remained without power.
