A Johnson County man was charged with making bomb threats against several schools in the area, according to authorities. The threats were made via phone calls and emails, causing evacuations and lockdowns at multiple schools. The man, identified as 22-year-old Brandon L. Baxter, was arrested at his home in Shawnee. No bombs were found at any of the schools.
