A man is dead and a woman is injured following a shooting in Lakewood, according to police. Authorities responded to reports of gunfire in the 13000 block of Detroit Avenue around 11:30 p.m. Thursday, February 23. Upon arrival, they found a man suffering from gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene. A woman was also found with injuries and was taken to a hospital. No further information has been released.
