The Seattle Mariners’ TV play-by-play announcer, Dave Sims, has expressed interest in joining the New York Yankees’ radio broadcast team. Sims, a New York native, has spent the last 13 years announcing Mariners games but has ties to the Yankees, having worked for their radio network in the late 1990s.
